[03/12/2015] The World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) The main objective of the Forum was to provide an opportunity to public procurement agencies from participating countries from Europe and Central Asia to share their experiences and practices in eProcurement, with a special focus on eProcurement data and their use, for benchmarking public procurement based on procurement-related indicators and open contracting standards. On sidelines of the Forum the EBRD has launched a Guide to Electronic Procurement Reform: Are you ready for eProcurement? The aim of this guide is to provide information on and assistance with key aspects of designing and implementing national eProcurement reform project.
